Wash cauliflower thoroughly
In a bowl, remove the stems
If you have a food processor or a blender , use it to easily grate or shred the cauliflower florets, if none a grater will do.
Heat a pan, put a little olive oil
Saute the onion and garlic (optional)
Add the grated cauliflower, stir until its softened.
Season with pepper, salt and a bit of sugar to taste.
Serve hot with any meat or fish dishes
